W11 series Mechanical style Rolling machine adopts mechanical driving with the upper roller moving vertically in the center between the two lower rollers which is achieved via driving of the screws ,the nut ,the worm and the lead screws. The two lower rollers rotates and provide the plate materials with torque though the engagement of the output gear of the moderator with the gear of the lower rollers. The structure of the machine is simple and compact. It is convenient for maintainance and repair.
The machine is equipped with electrical console which only need one person to operate. The electrical air case has moving direction of every part. The upper roller moves overdraft press .The lower rollers rotate, corotate and press the button. It is very convenient to operate and it has low fault rate.
1). Main Function
This machine is a three-roller bending machine which can be used to roll the plate into round, cone and other shapes.
2). The movement of upper roller and lower roller information
Top roller makes vertical movements (move from up to down)
Lower roller only makes rotation.
The top roller cannot move horizontally, so it does not have pre-bending the end of plate;
3).Optional Function or Parts:
1. Cone Bending ;
2. Oil cooler ;
3. Side and Central support roller for when rolling in big diameter;
