Daily maintenance of hydraulic oil circuit of bending machine.

1. Regularly check the oil level of the oil tank every week. If the hydraulic system of the bending machine is repaired, it should also be checked. The oil level should be filled with hydraulic oil if the oil level is lower than the indicated position.

2. The hydraulic oil generally used in the bending machine is ISO HM46 or MOBILDTE25, and there is no need to add polluted or other hydraulic oil.

3. The oil should be changed after the new bending machine works for the first time for 2000 hours, and the oil should be changed after every 4000-6000 hours of operation. The oil tank should be thoroughly cleaned each time the oil is changed.

4. The temperature of the bending oil should be kept between 35 °C and 60 °C, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 70 °C. If it is too high, it will lead to deterioration and damage to the oil quality and even accessories.

The daily maintenance of the filter of the bending machine.

1. Every time the oil of the bending machine is changed, the filter should be replaced or thoroughly cleaned.

2. During the use of the bending machine, there are abnormal alarms or other filter abnormalities such as unclean oil quality, which should be replaced in time.

3. The air filter on the fuel tank should be checked and cleaned every 3 months, preferably once a year.

The daily maintenance of hydraulic components of the bending machine.

1. Clean all hydraulic components of the bending machine (including base plate, valve group, motor, oil pump, oil pipe, etc.) every month to prevent any dirt from entering the oil circuit system, and do not use detergent to clean.

2. After the new bending machine is used for one month, check whether there is any obvious deformation at the bend of each oil pipe. If there is any abnormality, it should be replaced in time; after two months of use, the joints of all accessories should be tightened to carry out this work. Make sure that the bending machine is turned off and the oil circuit system is free of pressure.
